We offer a unique, nationally recognized second chance training program that equips employers to create supportive environments for justice-impacted individuals as well as other marginalized individuals, driving sustainable employment.

Our program, born from lived experience and proven at a Southern California manufacturing company where one-year job retention rates increased from 20% to 80%, emphasizes:

  • Employer readiness assessment and training: Addressing parole awareness, cultural integration, and resource provision.
  • Strategic community partnerships: Facilitating access to wrap-around services (housing, transportation, etc.) through Community Business Organizations.

We offer a seven-session curriculum over a four-week period that will provide you with the blueprint of our nationally recognized second chance employment program.
