Second Chance
Employment Program

If you are considering hiring justice involved workers and tapping into that diverse talent pool, we can help because…

Hiring an employee is one thing. Retaining that employee is another.

We offer a unique, nationally recognized second chance training program that equips employers to create supportive environments for justice-involved individuals as well as other underrepresented individuals, driving sustainable employment.

Our program, born from lived experience and proven at a Southern California manufacturing company where one-year job retention rates increased from 20% to 80%, emphasizes:

  • Employer readiness assessment and training: Addressing parole awareness, cultural integration, and resource provision.
  • Strategic community partnerships: Facilitating access to wrap-around services (housing, transportation, etc.) through Community Business Organizations.
  • Integrated mental health support: Ensuring holistic employee well-being.

We offer a seven-session curriculum over a four-week period that will provide you with the blueprint of our nationally recognized second chance employment program. Our curriculum is customized for any employer who has hired, or is considering hiring, returning citizens. Its primary focus is to reduce employee turnover and increase job retention.

We help businesses go beyond labels to develop second chance employment programs. A growing business’ best opportunity to scale may be uncovered by fair chance hiring. The right program can serve as a catalyst for your business and your people. Let’s co-create that together.
